Trained by Paul Mitchell and TIGI, and founder of THE GREY NOSE fragrance line, Joey brings vision, edge, and intention to every client and project.
Anthony Caito
Master Male Grooming Expert & Hair Stylist @a.caito
Raised in the Bay and shaped in LA, Anthony brings calm precision to the chair. A Paul Mitchell–trained barber with a background in sports psychology and Jiu-Jitsu, his work blends technical control with a grounded presence.
Outside the shop, Anthony is the founder and owner of Kata, a modern Jiu-Jitsu studio just a few blocks from Grey Matter on La Brea. There, he teaches with the same discipline and focus he brings to his craft — building community through movement and mindset.
